Waikiki – The International
Marketplace
If you’re looking for something
to do while off the Waikiki Beach look no further than the main downtown strip
– shopping and specifically – The International Marketplace.
A big reason I have created
this site is because my girls, wife and 5 daughters, LOVE going to the jewelry
stands at The International Marketplace.
When we got back from Hawaii some of the least expensive very cheap
jewelry and after a few months all of the Hawaiian Floral Plumeria Hairclips
had broken. I started checking online
to buy more of the hairclips and it is quite difficult to find the very same
ones the girls fell in love with while there.
Anyway – the Marketplace does not have any of these store products
listed online and so throughout the pages of HawaiiDayDreams.com you can find
the products we search for while in Waikiki here on these pages. Please let me know if you are looking for
something in particular and have not been able to find it. I’ll do what I can to point you in the right
direction.
Here is the link to the International Marketplace – Map so that you can
find your way there once in Waikiki. Oh
– don’t forget to bargain – you won’t get much of a discount at the official
International Marketplace – keep your eyes open, as there are other unofficial
marketing placed nearby – in the alleyways where you can often get better deals
– or so it seemed to us.
Here are some pictures of us in
Hawaii at the market.
Aloha!
